Cancellation / Booking Policy

All new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their appointment. This is deducted from the total on the day of the appointment, however, if clients cancel within 24 hours or do not show this is kept as a non-refundable cancellation fee.

The deposits are non-refundable, however they are transferable to a new appointment if clients give us more than 24 hours notice of a reschedule or cancellation. This 24-hour period only refers to our salon business hours, thereby this excludes Sundays , Mondays and Public Holidays as the salon is closed on those days. Please refer to our website for our business hours for further details.

An automated appointment reminder SMS is sent out to your provided mobile number 72 hours before your appointment schedule. Please reply to confirm your attendance.
